Job summary

LAWN IMPRESSIONS in Kentucky is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to oversee daily bar operations, beverage service, and staff. The ideal candidate will lead a team, ensure compliance with safety standards, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include scheduling, training, inventory control, POS management (Aloha/Micros), cash handling, and budgeting for bar operations. Night shifts and a hands-on leader will thrive.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in food service or hospitality.
• Experience supervising staff, training & development, and shift management.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS.
• Bartending experience is a must; drink creation and fast thinking are a plus.
• Ability to work nights and handle a busy crowd.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all bar operations, including staff scheduling and performance management.
• Oversee beverage service and bar inventory control to meet quality standards.
• Manage POS systems (Aloha/Micros) for accurate cash handling and sales tracking.
• Conduct staff training on service, safety procedures, and guest interactions.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address issues to enhance the experience.
• Oversee opening/closing, inventory counts, and budgeting for bar operations.
• Lead by example to foster a team-oriented hospitality environment.
