Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of high-volume bartending experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Must be at least 20 years old to legally mix and serve in Kentucky.
• STAR certification or equivalent responsible beverage server program within 30 days of hire; renewal every 3 years.
• Proficiency with major hospitality POS platforms (Micros, Aloha).
• Fluent English (verbal and non-verbal).

Responsibilities

• Mix, garnish, and pour premium drinks according to hotel recipe guidelines and portion controls.
• Develop, test, and refine cocktail recipes, seasonal menus, and drink specials.
• Standardize recipes, pours, garnishes, and glassware across outlets for consistency.
• Monitor mixology trends and propose menu updates to management.
• Coordinate high-volume beverage ticket fulfillment during peak check-ins and events.
• Audit cash drawers, manage daily banks, and secure POS transactions.
