Qualifications

• 2–3 years of high-volume bartending experience; supervisory exposure.
• Must be at least 20 years old to legally mix and serve.
• STAR certification due within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead bartenders, barbacks, and servers; train and onboard staff.
• Prepare and garnish drinks per brand guidelines; ensure consistency.
• Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage cost targets.
• Enforce age-verification and responsible beverage service.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe workspaces per health dept.
