Job summary

The Eagle, part of Thunderdome Restaurant Group, seeks an experienced Bar Manager to help lead both front-of-house and back-of-house operations in our beer hall environment.

You will mentor staff, uphold safety and sanitation standards, and drive consistent hospitality and food quality as the group grows. This is an hourly, on-site role with opportunities for professional growth within the company.

• Experience in restaurant/bar management.
• Ability to lead front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Strong commitment to food quality and guest hospitality.

The Hourly Manager is responsible for assisting the overall operation of the restaurant through people, product, quality and hospitality. We are looking for someone who is passionate and driven to grow alongside the growth of our restaurant group. The Hourly Manager reports directly to the General Manager. This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 50 pounds.
