Job summary

The Eagle Deerfield - Mason, OH is seeking an Hourly Manager to drive restaurant operations, people leadership, product quality and hospitality across FOH and BOH teams.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will move frequently, lift up to 50 pounds, and ensure safety, sanitation and health standards while delivering exceptional guest service.

OUR OPPORTUNITY

The Hourly Manager is responsible for assisting the overall operation of the restaurant through people, product, quality and hospitality. We are looking for someone who is passionate and driven to grow alongside the growth of our restaurant group. The Hourly Manager reports directly to the General Manager. This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 50 pounds. This position requires manual dexterity; auditory and visual skills; and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.
