The Eagle in Columbus, OH, part of Thunderdome Restaurant Group, is seeking an experienced Bar Manager. The Hourly Manager role supports the overall operation through people, product, quality and hospitality, reporting to the General Manager.

You will lead front-of-house and back-of-house teams, develop staff to high standards, ensure quality and service, and uphold safety and sanitation policies. We offer benefits from day one and growth opportunities within the group.

The Hourly Manager is responsible for assisting the overall operation of the restaurant through people, product, quality and hospitality. We are looking for someone who is passionate and driven to grow alongside the growth of our restaurant group. The Hourly Manager reports directly to the General Manager. This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 50 pounds.
