Job summary

The Greenhouse Restaurant at The Garden Hotel & Resort in Fort Lauderdale is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead daily F&B operations and elevate guest hospitality across dining venues.

You will oversee staffing, training, inventory, budgeting, and guest satisfaction, driving opening initiatives, seasonal programming, and live events while ensuring brand standards and health and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Experience with POS systems (Toast, Micros, Square).
• Familiarity with inventory and scheduling software; basic data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of reopening of all F&B outlets.
• Oversee launch and operation of F&B outlets to meet brand standards.
• Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets (restaurant, café, pool bar, in-room dining).
• Ensure operations comply with health and safety standards and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team; conduct performance reviews.
