Stay Hospitality is seeking an experienced Bar Manager for The Greenhouse Restaurant at The Garden Hotel & Resort in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The role leads all F&B operations, including restaurant, café, pool bar, and in-room dining, with focus on guest satisfaction, quality, and staff development.

You will manage staffing, training, inventory, budgeting, and events while ensuring brand standards and high service levels in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in additional languages (Spanish/French) is a plus.
• Experience with POS systems (Toast, Micros, Square) and inventory/scheduling software.
• Ability to review data reports and dashboards for performance metrics.

• Lead reopening and launch of all F&B outlets with staffing and training readiness.
• Oversee daily F&B operations across restaurant, café, pool bar, and in-room dining.
• Ensure service quality, brand standards, and health & safety compliance.
• Direct budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and vendor relations.
• Develop and execute guest-centric programs, events, and promotions.
