Job summary

Triple T Hospitality Group seeks a Barback at Tommy's Tavern + Tap to support bartenders by restocking supplies, maintaining bar cleanliness, and ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will assist during peak hours, adhere to health and safety guidelines, and work closely with team members to deliver a great guest experience. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and bar tools throughout the shift.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including bar mats, sinks, and storage areas.
• Remove trash, clean spills, and ensure bar stations are sanitary and guest-ready.
• Assist with keg changes and deliveries.
• Support bartenders during peak hours with prep and service needs.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with bartenders, servers, and management.
• Attend training sessions prior to active floor shifts.

As a Barback at Tommy's Tavern + Tap, you are the behind-the-scenes hero of the bar. You support the bartenders by ensuring they have everything they need to deliver exceptional service. From restocking supplies to maintaining cleanliness and organization, your role is essential to keeping the bar running smoothly and efficiently
