Responsibilities include preparing drinks, mixing classic and innovative cocktails, maintaining a clean bar, verifying IDs, recommending menu items, and collaborating with the team to ensure greatness on every shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Genuine passion for hospitality and team collaboration.


• Physical stamina-ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions (bending, reaching, twisting).


• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and carry trays as needed.


• Reliable transportation required.


• Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic workplace.
