Tommy's Tavern + Tap Sea Girt is seeking a Bartender to be the heartbeat of our bar experience. Join a fast-paced environment with energetic team members, delivering great guest service and memorable cocktails.

Responsibilities include preparing beverages, taking orders, recommending menu items, and maintaining a clean bar area. Training sessions are held prior to active floor shifts in a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical stamina—to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic workplace.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and team collaboration.
• Physical stamina—ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions (bending, reaching, twisting).
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and carry trays as needed.
• Reliable transportation required.
