Job summary

The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe is seeking a Banquet Server to bring energy, enthusiasm, and a contagious smile to events. You’ll craft unforgettable celebrations, ensuring exceptional service and lively charm from setup to close in a luxury hotel setting.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, hospitality experience, and state-required alcohol/food handling certifications. Daily Pay, medical coverage, disability income, life/AD&D, 401k, PTO, and more are included for eligible full-time hires.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in banquet service or hospitality is preferred.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, along with experience in a hotel or related field.
