Job summary

The Broadmoor in Colorado is seeking a Supervisors for Banquets Stewards to lead the stewarding team, manage inventory, and coordinate event service for weddings, banquets, and corporate events. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years in stewarding/supervisory work, a valid driver's license, and strong safety knowledge.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years stewarding or supervisor experience preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial sanitation equipment and safety procedures.
• Valid driver’s license required for potential transport of equipment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for documentation and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead stewarding crew during high-volume operations, events, and banquets.
• Coordinate setup, organization, and breakdown of banquet service ware.
• Run daily pre-shift meetings to review events and staffing.
• Transport items across the resort to support kitchen operations.
• Maintain health department and Broadmoor sanitation standards.
