Mohegan Sun is seeking a Master Cook for Banquets in Uncasville, CT. The role prepares food for service, sets up the cooking line, and fills customer orders across designated stations.

The incumbent will follow recipes, maintain sanitary work areas, and may assume leadership in the absence of the Chef in charge. Flexibility to work varied shifts is required in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Four years of culinary experience in a high-volume operation or two years of culinary training plus two years' experience.
• Must communicate with guests and co-workers in English.
• Proficiency in reading recipes and following established procedures.

Mansioni

• Prepares food for service and sets up the cooking line.
• Fills customer orders and maintains quality on all stations.
• Follows recipes and maintains sanitary work area.
• Assists in leadership in the Chef in charge's absence.
