Hilton in McLean, VA is seeking a Banquet Manager to lead the setup, service, and breakdown of all banquet events, from breakfasts to galas, ensuring impeccable guest experiences.

You will coordinate with Food and Beverage teams, supervise team members, and uphold safety and quality standards while delivering the warm hospitality Hilton is known for.

Responsibilities

• Delight guests with upbeat, friendly attitude and proactively enhance their experience
• Plan, organize, and execute various banquet events (breakfasts, luncheons, dinners, galas)
• Oversee function-room setup, ensuring linens, silverware, glassware and chinaware meet standards
• Communicate event specs and updates to Food & Beverage, Event Services, Operations, AV and Housekeeping
• Supervise and coach team members, monitor performance, foster a positive work environment
• Ensure health, safety and alcohol-service compliance throughout all events
• Oversee breakdown and secure storage of equipment for subsequent events
