AC Hotel Reston / Residence Inn Reston is seeking a Banquet Houseperson to support events in two hotel properties in Reston, VA. You’ll set up spaces, assist with A/V needs, and ensure guest comfort while coordinating with catering and staff to deliver flawless events.

The role requires physical stamina, teamwork, and strong guest service. Shifts include evenings, weekends, and holidays with competitive hourly pay and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Follow event specifications and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with event coordinators and catering staff.
• Provide courteous guest assistance during events.
• Adapt to shifting event schedules and priorities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet spaces.

Responsibilities

• Set up tables, chairs, linens according to plan.
• Maintain clean and stocked banquet spaces before, during, after events.
• Assist with AV equipment setup and operation.
• Greet guests and assist with seating and special requests.
• Handle deliveries and coordinate with vendors.
