Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Orleans is seeking a Cook to join our Banquets culinary team. You will prepare and execute banquet menu items, perform mise en place, and support event service with a focus on quality and presentation.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in a culinary role preferred.
• ServSafe certification required.
• Work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute banquet menu items per recipes, portions, and presentation guidelines.
• Complete daily mise en place, station setup, and advance prep for seamless service.
• Operate, maintain, and clean kitchen equipment, upholding safety and sanitation standards.
• Manage storage, labeling, rotation, and inventory to control costs and reduce waste.
