Ascent Hospitality seeks a Banquet Captain to oversee banquet functions, lead the team, and partner with Sales/Catering to deliver outstanding events. You will manage setup, service execution, and post-event duties while upholding branding and service standards.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. A valid food handler’s permit and ServSafe certification are required or obtained within 30 days.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality education preferred.
• ServSafe certification or equivalent required within 30 days of start date.
• Experience in banquet/food service leadership ideal.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise banquet events to ensure flawless execution and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Sales/Catering and internal teams to align on BEOs and menus.
• Oversee setup, service, and breakdown of events with attention to quality and timing.
• Manage staffing, payroll reporting, and labor tracking with leadership.
• Ensure safety, liquor compliance, and accurate server paperwork.
