Qualifications

• Must possess or able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers permit where required by state law.
• Experience coordinating catering staff and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Ability to follow HACCP standards and approved recipes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates catering staff to ensure all functions are delivered, served and cleared on time.
• Prepares and serves food at scheduled functions under supervision.
• Instructs staff on work expectations for catered functions.
• Sets up rooms to desired specifications and coordinates equipment.
• Serves and presentations of food/beverages to guests; maintains temperatures and sanitation.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
