The successful candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, at least 5 years of banquet facility experience, ServSafe certification within 90 days, and strong organizational and communication

Responsibilities

• Oversee catered events of 10–2000+ guests.
• Train banquet servers and back-aisle attendants.
• Execute Banquet Event Orders (BEO) as required.
• Coordinate with meeting planners to fulfill needs.
• Conduct pre-meal briefings and set up function rooms.
• Maintain banquet equipment cleanliness and annual maintenance.
• Maintain Health Department score 90+.
