Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Concessions Supervisor at Hard Rock Stadium in Florida. This part-time role oversees event-based concessions operations, leading on-site teams across stands, kiosks, portable locations, and autonomous retail concepts during events.

You will manage staffing, service flow, and inventory, conduct pre-event briefings, train staff, and resolve guest concerns quickly while upholding safety, cleanliness, and company policies.

Qualifications

Minimum 2–4 years of concessions, food service or event operations experience.
Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred.
Must meet age requirements to supervise alcohol sales per local/state regulations.
Must maintain valid alcohol-service certifications (TIPS/TEAM) where required.
Food handler certification may be required depending on state or local regulations.

Responsibilities

Oversee concession stands, kiosks, portable locations, and walk-out or autonomous retail stores as applicable.
Assign staff to concession locations and adjust coverage based on volume and needs.
Conduct pre-event or pre-shift briefings to review expectations and service standards.
Address guest concerns promptly and escalate as needed.
Support onboarding and training of concession staff and leads.
