Job summary

Sodexo at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens is seeking a part-time Beverage Supervisor to oversee beverage service for events and daily functions, ensure compliance with alcohol laws, and deliver a high-quality guest experience. You will supervise bartenders, beverage attendants, and support staff.

The role requires 2–4 years in beverage or F&B service, prior supervisory experience, age eligibility to serve alcohol, and training such as TIPS/TEAM.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of beverage, bar, or food and beverage service experience.
• Prior supervisory or lead experience in beverage or event operations preferred.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol per local and state regulations.
• TIPS or TEAM alcohol training or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site supervision of beverage service operations during events and shifts.
• Assign staff to beverage stations, bars, or service areas and adjust assignments as needed during events.
• Conduct pre-event or pre-shift meetings to review event details, beverage menus, service expectations, and compliance requirements.
• Support training and onboarding of beverage staff during service as needed.
