Lancer Hospitality is seeking an experienced Banquet Supervisor for Braemar Golf Course in the Minneapolis area. You will lead a team of culinary and service professionals to ensure flawless banquet events.

The role covers food prep participation, training staff in service, and coordinating event set up and strike, with strict adherence to food safety policies. We offer weekly pay, flexible schedule, medical and vision coverage for full-time staff, commuter benefits, 401k, paid time off, and

Competenze

• At least two years of experience in foodservice.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Mansioni

• Participating in food preparation.
• Training and instructing employees in all aspects of service, including food preparation and safety.
• Coordinating set up and strike of events as needed.
• Personally adhering to and ensuring that employees follow all company policies and procedures regarding food handling, food safety, and sanitation.
