Leisure Hotels & Resorts is seeking a professional Banquet Server for our luxury resort in Minnesota. You will deliver outstanding service during events, set up banquet spaces, and ensure guest satisfaction through attentive, courteous, and efficient service.

The role requires experience in banquet serving or related hospitality, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in banquet serving, hospitality, or food service preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications including tables, chairs, linens, and tableware.
• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout events.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently with accuracy and presentation.
• Clear tables and assist with post-event cleanup and organization.
• Collaborate with event coordinators and kitchen staff to meet guest needs.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
