Job summary

Elior North America, serving as Lancer Hospitality’s hospitality partner at Braemar Golf Course, is seeking an experienced Banquet Supervisor. You’ll lead a team of foodservice professionals to ensure smooth execution of banquet events and adherence to safety standards.

The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an experienced, skilled Banquet Supervisor to our Lancer Hospitality team at Braemar Golf Course! As a Banquet Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to ensure the success of banquet events by working with a team of talented foodservice professionals.

What you'll be doing:

• Participating in food preparation.
• Training and instructing employees in all aspects of service, including food preparation and safety.
• Coordinating set up and strike of events as needed.
• Personally adhering to and ensuring that employees follow all company policies and procedures regarding food handling, food safety, and sanitation.
• Other tasks as needed.

What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

• At least two years’ experience in foodservice.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice-to-haves:

• At least one year of experience in a supervisory role.

Compensation Range

$22 - $28hr
