Lancer Hospitality is seeking an experienced Banquet Supervisor to join the team at Braemar Golf Course. You will lead a skilled group of foodservice professionals to ensure the success of banquet events.

Responsibilities include supervising food preparation, training staff, coordinating event setup/strike, and enforcing safety and sanitation policies. This is a full-time, on-site role with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in foodservice
• Strong leadership abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
