Job summary

Limelight Hotels is seeking a Banquet Steward in Boulder, CO, to maintain clean, organized dining and service areas and assist in food preparation as needed. The role reports to the Kitchen Manager and offers a competitive hourly pay range of $20.00 to $24.00, contingent on budget and experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred.
• ServSafe or similar food safety course certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and stack all dishes properly.
• Store dishes and silver in designated locations.
• Set up cleaning area and operate the dish machine.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment; assist with pre/post shift cleaning.
• Assist with storage of food deliveries.
• Clean kitchen walls, floors and loading docks as required.
• Disassemble and clean dishwasher before end of shift.
• Post caution signs when floors are wet or being mopped.
