Job summary

Limelight Hotels by Aspen One is seeking a Banquet Steward in Boulder, CO. The role cleans and stores flatware and kitchen items, assists in food preparation, and reports to Kitchen Manager. The pay range is $20.00 to $24.00 per hour, with actual pay based on budget and experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred.
• ServSafe or similar food safety course certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and stack all dishes properly.
• Store dishes and silver in designated locations.
• Set up cleaning area and operate dish machine safely.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment and assist in shifts.
• Assist with storage of food deliveries.
• Clean kitchen walls, floors, and loading docks.
