Qualifications

• Culinary degree or equivalent preferred.
• 3 years of food preparation experience required.
• ServSafe or similar food safety certification preferred.
• Proficient English communication; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes, ensuring quality.
• Keep a clean, organized kitchen and follow sanitation standards.
• Assist with inventory management and report shortages.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and perform basic maintenance.
• Ensure correct portion sizes and presentation.
• Train others on equipment operation and kitchen procedures.
