The Stella Hotel & Ballroom in Kenosha is seeking a Sous Chef of Banquets who will lead the banquet kitchen, crafting dishes that wow guests and aligning with safety and waste-reduction standards. You’ll collaborate with the Executive Banquet Chef to ensure flawless execution for events and daily service.

You will manage budgets, mentor the kitchen team, and design banquet menus and displays to elevate guest experiences. This role is an overtime-eligible manager position.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years progressive Banquet Kitchen experience in hotel or related field.
• Supervisory experience and a valid driver's license.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and word processing; able to manage financial data.

• Maintain Aimbridge Hospitality's standards to keep the hotel safe, smooth, and on point.
• Lead and train kitchen staff; hire top talent and deliver effective training.

• Create banquet menus and design food presentations for plating and buffets.
