Job summary

The Stella Hotel & Ballroom in downtown Kenosha seeks a Banquets Supervisor to orchestrate event setups, lead the service team, and ensure flawless cleanup for every banquet. You will drive service excellence and coordinate with staff to deliver memorable experiences.

As part of Aimbridge Hospitality, you’ll oversee functions against the Banquet Event Order, uphold safety and quality standards, and mentor a frontline team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of progressive hotel or related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and ability to address concerns from guests and team.
• Proficient with standard computer programs (spreadsheets and word processing).

Responsibilities

• Oversee banquet setup and breakdown per Banquet Event Order.
• Lead the service team to ensure exemplary guest experience.
• Maintain safety and standards per company guidelines.
• Coordinate with event staff to keep schedules on track.
