The Olympia Companies is seeking a Banquet Set-up teammate in Winter Park, FL. This role is responsible for safely and efficiently setting up banquet spaces according to customer specifications and BEO details, while providing excellent guest service with a smile.

Qualificações

• Provide high-level customer service to guests and team members.
• Effective communication and ability to follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and composure under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Know hotel layout and banquet spaces.
• Operate A/V equipment and coordinate with vendors.
• Maintain banquet rooms and storage areas, read BEOs.
• Set up rooms per BEO, ensure cleanliness and readiness.
• Breakdown and reset banquet spaces after events.
• Turn off lights and secure rooms at end of shift.
• Inspect equipment and report issues.
