Weekend and holiday availability is required. The role involves standing and walking for long periods, lifting trays up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds

Qualifications

• Current Food Handler’s certification or able to obtain it within six months of employment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Patience and customer-oriented approach.
• Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude.
• Responsible and trustworthy.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Tears down and sets-up meeting and event rooms per the BEO.
• Caress, move, and store equipment such as tables, risers, dance floors, lecterns, and room supplies.
• Periodically cleans meeting and event rooms before and after the event.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients during functions as needed.
• Straighten chairs, clear used dishes and glassware, change soiled table linen, empty trash, restock materials.
• Collaborate with banquet servers, bartenders, captains, and managers to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and regulations.
• Follow all restaurant policies and procedures.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
