Qualifications

• Previous serving and/or banquet setup experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Know hotel layout and storage areas for the F&B department.
• Read and comprehend BEO information and complete room setup.
• Set up banquet spaces neatly and on time before events.
• Breakdown and flip banquet room and store equipment after events.
• Turn off lights, adjust climate, and secure doors at end of shift.
• Inspect equipment daily and report issues to leadership.
