Concord Hospitality seeks a Banquet Set-Up Associate to prepare and maintain banquet spaces for events. You will set up and break down spaces, assist guests during events, and keep public areas clean and presentable. Physical fitness and a team mindset are essential, with scheduling flexibility to match hotel events.

No prior experience required; training is provided to support guest satisfaction and smooth operations. This is a full-time, on-site role within a dynamic hospitality team.

Qualifications

• Full mobility and ability to perform continuous movement.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility with scheduling to align with hotel event needs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down event space according to Banquet Event Orders.
• Ensure guest needs are attended to throughout events.
• Maintain public spaces during events for consistent clean presentation.
• Ensure supplies are available and equipment is properly set up and functioning.
• Track event supplies and equipment, carefully store furnishings when not in use, and promptly report repair or maintenance needs.
