Job summary

Concord Hospitality is seeking a Banquet Set-Up Associate to prepare and maintain banquet spaces for events, ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth operation. No prior experience required; a passion for service and teamwork is valued.

You will set up and break down spaces, attend to guest needs, and ensure equipment and supplies are ready. This role rewards reliability, flexibility, and strong collaboration with hotel staff.

Qualifications

• Full mobility and ability to perform continuous movement.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and up to 50 pounds frequently (moving furniture, equipment, staging, etc).
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
• Flexibility with scheduling to align with hotel event needs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down event space according to Banquet Event Orders.
• Ensure guest needs are attended to throughout events.
• Ensure supplies are available and equipment is properly set up and functioning.
• Track event supplies and equipment, carefully store furnishings when not in use, and promptly report repair or maintenance needs.
