Job summary

Concord Hospitality is seeking a Banquet Set-Up Associate to prepare and maintain banquet spaces for events. This role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and flexibility in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Full mobility and ability to perform continuous movement.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and up to 50 pounds frequently (moving furniture, equipment, staging, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
• Flexibility with scheduling to align with hotel event needs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down event space according to Banquet Event Order (BEOs)
• Safely transport tables, chairs, staging areas, dance floors, and partitions.
• Maintain public spaces during events for consistent clean presentation
• Ensure supplies are available and equipment is properly set up and functioning
• Track event supplies and equipment, carefully store furnishings when not in use, and promptly report repair or maintenance needs
