Job summary

Heritage Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dependable Banquet Houseperson to join our team. In this role, you will set up, maintain, and restore banquet spaces for events with efficiency, safety, and professionalism.

Your behind-the-scenes work creates the foundation for memorable guest experiences. You will work across multiple hotel locations, support banquet service teams, and help create memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to remain calm, courteous, and guest-focused at all times.
• Good verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up, reset, and break down banquet spaces according to event requirements.
• Transport, arrange, and store tables, chairs, staging, and equipment.
• Perform post-event breakdowns including removal of linens, flatware, glassware, décor, and trash.
• Maintain clean, organized storage areas and service spaces.
• Monitor and report safety hazards and maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist guests and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Support banquet service teams to ensure smooth event execution.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold company safety and service standards.
