Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in banquet setup, hospitality, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Event Setup & Breakdown: Set up banquet rooms and meeting spaces per orders and specs.
• Room Preparation & Maintenance: Drape tables, set silverware, fold napkins, prep meeting spaces; ensure equipment works and report defects.
• Guest Support & Service: Provide courteous assistance, replenish beverages, respond to guest requests.
• Inventory & Equipment Coordination: Anticipate equipment needs, stock glassware, organize storerooms and back-of-house areas.
• Safety, Cleanliness & Compliance: Follow safety rules, keep spaces clean, handle chemicals properly.
• Team Support & Communication: Attend pre-shift meetings, communicate with banquet team and management.
