Responsibilities include coordinating pop-up events, decorating buffets, and preparing rooms for VIP events. The candidate should have a HS Diploma or GED and 0–2 years of related experience, with excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Clarify and execute pop-up events; refresh and revise meeting rooms.
• Decorate and set up buffets to the stated theme.
• Install and lift ice sculptures for VIP events.
• Ensure water glasses, silverware, and standard setup are in place.
• Keep storerooms clean and organized.
