HEI Hotels & Resorts at The Stoneleigh in Dallas is hiring a Banquet Set-Up Associate to support the Banquet Manager in delivering flawless events. You will prepare meeting rooms, position tables and chairs, and ensure all equipment is ready to impress guests.

This role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 100 lbs., and strong communication, all within a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience setting up meeting rooms and event spaces.
• Ability to lift and move tables, chairs, and podiums up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication with supervisors and guests.

Responsibilities

• Set up meeting rooms to guests' specifications, including staging, tables and chairs.
• Transport and arrange materials from storage to event spaces.
• Supply meeting rooms with clean glasses and fresh water.
• Break down rooms after events and return items to storage.
• Maintain cleaning schedules for rooms and ballrooms to stay presentable.
• Follow attendance rules and be available for shifts as scheduled.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
