Job summary

Concord is seeking a Banquet Set-Up Associate to prepare and maintain banquet spaces for events. In a fast-paced environment, you’ll focus on detail, guest satisfaction, and teamwork to help create memorable experiences.

Experience isn’t required—passion for service and a willingness to help with various tasks are key. You will set up and break down event spaces, transport tables and chairs, ensure equipment is ready, and report maintenance needs promptly.

Qualifications

• Full mobility and ability to perform continuous movement.
• Lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.
• Flexible scheduling to align with hotel event needs.
• Track event supplies and equipment, promptly report repair or maintenance needs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down event space according to Banquet Event Order (BEOs).
• Safely transport tables, chairs, staging areas, dance floors, and partitions.
• Ensure supplies are available and equipment is properly set up and functioning.
• Track event supplies and equipment, carefully store furnishings when not in use, and promptly report repair or maintenance needs.
