HEI Hotels and Resorts is seeking a dedicated Banquet Associate to assist the Banquet Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences at our Salt Lake City venue.

You will set up and break down meeting spaces, transport tables and equipment, and ensure rooms are stocked and ready for events. Strong physical stamina and teamwork are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Experience supporting banquet events and meeting room setup.
• Ability to lift/move tables, chairs, and podiums up to 100 lbs with/without accommodation.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Banquet Manager in preparing for banquet guests and ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Set up all meeting rooms according to guest specifications (including transporting heavy items).
• Supply and replenish meeting rooms with clean glasses and water; break down rooms after events.
