Qualifications

• 1 year of event space set-up experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to read diagrams and Banquet Event Orders.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Positive attitude toward providing exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

• Set up meeting rooms to guest specifications, including transporting materials.
• Supply and replenish meeting rooms with clean glasses and water.
• Break down rooms after meetings and return equipment to storage.
• Maintain cleaning schedule for meeting rooms and ballrooms.
• Communicate with supervisor throughout shift to stay informed.
