Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months in Hotel Sales or Catering departments preferred.
• Is able to work in smoke filled environment, and is able to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and breaks down all banquet and events for guests and team members in a timely manner.
• Adheres to hotel policies, Food & Beverage policies and liquor laws; performs all set-ups/breakdowns.
• Completes all monthly and quarterly training.
• Transports and handles all banquet equipment safely; stores and maintains equipment in designated areas.
• Uses safety measures at all times while transporting banquet equipment.
• Freshens meeting rooms as required.
