Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Banquets Houseperson for its AC Element Phoenix Norterra Marriott-Bonvoy property. The role involves setting up meeting rooms to guest specifications, transporting heavy items, and ensuring rooms remain presentable and stocked for events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in event space set-up and servicing.

Responsibilities

• Set up meeting rooms to guest specifications and guest diagrams.
• Transport and arrange staging, tables, chairs and other equipment.
• Supply and replenish meeting rooms with clean glasses and water.
• Break down rooms after events and return items to storage.
• Maintain cleaning schedule for meeting rooms and ballrooms.
