No prior experience is required, but a passion for service and the ability to mobilize and assist with setup is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and move for long periods.
• Wamiliar with handling heavy equipment and coordinating with teams.

Job description

As a Banquet Set-Up Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of events by preparing andmaintainingbanquet spaces. In this fast-paced environment, your eye for detail, flexibility, and commitment to guest satisfaction will help create memorable experiences. Experience is notrequired—just a passion for service and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and break down event space according to Banquet Event Order(BEOs)
• Safely transport tables, chairs, staging areas, dance floors, and partitions.
• Ensure supplies are available and equipment is properly set up and functioning
• Track event supplies and equipment, carefully store furnishings when not in use, and promptly report repair or maintenance needs

Qualifications:

• Full mobility and ability to perform continuous movement.
• Ability tolift upto 100 pounds occasionally and up to 50 poundsfrequently(moving furniture, equipment, staging, etc.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
• Flexibility with scheduling to align with hotel event needs.
• Track event supplies and equipment, carefully store furnishings when not in use, and promptly report repair or maintenance needs
