Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking a Banquet Set-Up Associate to support events by preparing and maintaining banquet spaces.

You will be responsible for setting up and breaking down spaces, transporting tables and equipment, and ensuring spaces remain clean and well-prepared during events. A team-oriented, flexible approach and a focus on guest satisfaction are essential.

Qualifications

• Full mobility and ability to perform continuous movement.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and up to 50 pounds frequently (moving furniture, equipment, staging, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
• Flexibility with scheduling to align with hotel event needs.
• Track event supplies and equipment, carefully store furnishings when not in use, and promptly report repair or maintenance needs
