Best Western Premier Bridgewood Resort Hotel & Conference Center in Neenah, WI, is hiring a Banquet Server / Setup Team Member for a part-time hourly role. You will help set up banquet rooms, service areas, and execute events such as weddings, corporate conferences, and social gatherings with a focus on guest satisfaction.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak and understand the English language.
• Previous food & beverage or banquet experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift approximately 50 pounds or more.
• Must be dependable, hardworking, and able to work well as part of a team.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms and event spaces according to event specifications.
• Preparing tables and service areas for service.
• Serving food and beverages in a friendly and timely manner.
• Assisting with event breakdown and cleanup.
• Supporting the banquet kitchen and service teams to ensure events run efficiently.
