Job summary

Abbey Resort in Wisconsin is seeking Set-Up Attendants to help arrange event spaces for weddings, conferences, and gatherings. You will set up tables, chairs, and equipment and ensure the room is clean and presentable before and after events.

This role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, some F&B experience preferred, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. You will lift up to 30 lbs and assist with food and beverage service as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Some F&B experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to transport, handle and/or lift 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Arranging and dismantling tables, chairs, and other furniture according to event specifications.
• Keeping banquet rooms, hallways, and service areas clean and organized.
• Managing and maintaining banquet supplies such as linens, chairs.
• Helping with food and beverage service during events.
• Addressing any last-minute changes or requests from clients.
